is required at time of booking (certified cheque, money order, Visa, MasterCard)

will be refunded after the end of February, unless we are able to fill the vacancy. Allow
60 days for refunds. A charge of $150 will be deducted.

night stay or payment in lieu of.
• During high
season (June 15 - Labour Day) there are no partial week or weekend rentals unless there is
availability 2 weeks prior.
• No Cottage
will be rented to anyone 18 years of age or under unless accompanied by a chaperone. Proof
of age is required.
• No
overcrowding will be permitted under any circumstances.
• Everyone
regardless of age is considered a person
Gas Barbecues - $2 per day
Extra Persons - $15 per day
Pets:
• Small dogs
only and not of a questionable breed, $5 per day or $25 per week
• Only one
pet per cottage
• Pets must
be with owners at all times and on a leash!
• CLEAN UP A
MUST! Owners of any pet are responsible for cleanup or any damage the pet is responsible
for.
Parking: 1 vehicle per cottage
unless otherwise notified and approved. Visitors must park off property.
Guests: You are responsible for
the actions of your children, visitors, pets and any damage caused by, to cottages, boats,
motors or property.
Fish Cleaning: designated area
only. Fish Cleaning House & Freezing provided for your catch!
No storage of flammable liquids is
allowed to be stored in or near cottages.
Campfires: designated areas only.
Keep grounds clear and safe from litter, etc.
Please use garbage containers supplied
Life-jackets must be worn when any person is in use
of boats, of any form, that is owned by Ridgeview Cottages.
The management of Ridgeview Cottages can not be
held responsible for lost or missing articles. Please keep valuables in a safe place.
The management of Ridgeview Cottages can not be
held responsible for accidents. Use of facilities and equipment is at your own risk.
These policies are in place for everyone's right to
enjoyment and protection. To disregard them could result in eviction without a refund.
